Copolymer Coated Steel Tape, consists of a steel tape coated on one/both sides with adherent ethylene copolymer either green or transparent color. The copolymer exhibits excellent adhesion to the steel substrate and has the chemical resistance and general characteristics of low-density polyethylene. The steel substrate is low carbon, electrolytic chromium coated steel tempered to T2 condition (53 +/- 3 in HR 30T) for excellent formability and fabrication characteristics.
